The colours of the second version are better in my opinion(aside from beside her head because the colour doesn't fit with everything else), but the lighting in that one in particular just seems wrong to me. The lighting above the head is a bit strong for my tastes, and the lighting on the C4Ds seem kind of underdeveloped. They really need going over on a new layer with a cyan soft brush(on like, colour dodge or linear dodge).

The depth in this sig is really nice, I think you did a good job on that, not really much to critique about.

The effects on the other hand, I think could use ome work. It seems a little cluttered to me, and the C4D's seem kind of random. Primarily because of the aforementioned lighting issues. The C4Ds are lighting points, because they are so bright, but they aren't treated as such in your sig.

The colours are alright for the most part, I don't have any particular problems with it, but I think the purple could be highlighted a little more in this.
